We are going to need a little help from you before you call.  Take a look at the questions we will ask you, it will help us speed up the process. 

• Provide your company name

• Provide the asset number of the faulty machine (number can be found on the device)

• State the location of copier/printer and a brief description of the fault

• Provide your name and contact number

• The service desk will provide you with a call reference number, please make a note of this number for future reference.

Out of of working hours 

Send us an email with the details of the problem, our team will contact you with reference number and the time of our visit.
