PBS Media introduce 4K (ultra HD) and stereoscopic 3D

PBS Media, (formed out of a merger between Richard Hall of Hall TV and Tony Le Tiec of the PBS Group), also acquired Spike Productions in April and have now firmly established themselves as the largest independent production facility in the Channel Islands.

Richard Hall, the newly appointed MD of PBS Media, said, "The launch of this new state of the art production facility really marks exciting times in Jersey's digital era.The launch of PBS Media was a natural progression for the PBS Group's existing clients, as they will all benefit from the move into content production. We have seen considerable growth in the 2nd quarter, especially with the explosion of social media. More and more businesses use video for internal and external communications with health and safety, training, CSR, video news releases and business profiles. It's a very exciting time for the group."

The PBS Media team are all well respected in the broadcast industry. They include: former BBC and ITV broadcast journalist and producer Gillian Martindale; senior editor, producer and cameraman Alex Bond and 2D and 3D motion graphic designer Daniel d'Avoine.
