Full job description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Photocopier Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience across a variety of printer brands and models, demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.

A solid understanding of IT and networking principles related to printing systems is essential, as the role involves tackling technical challenges across both mechanical and electrical systems.

You should be confident interacting with clients at all levels, ensuring that their needs are met and often exceeded, which is the cornerstone of our customer service philosophy. The ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure is crucial.

Comprehensive training will be provided, both by manufacturers and in-house, on our major brands, including Canon, Ricoh, and HP. You will also receive training on cutting-edge managed print solutions like uniFLOW, eCopy, PaperCut, and other document management systems designed to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include servicing and maintaining Networked Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) and photocopiers across various customer environments, ensuring minimal disruption to their daily operations.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 3+ years of industry experience

  • Valid Employment Permit/Guernsey Right to Work

  • Knowledge and understanding of basic networking

  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Good computer and analytical skills

  • Experience in the maintenance and repair of printers/copiers or a print background

  • Good customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot and think independently

  • Cloud print software management experience (advantageous)

  • Document management software experience (advantageous)

  • Ability to train end users

  • Valid driver’s licence

Full job description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse Operative and Delivery Driver for a multi-role position to support the operations of our Guernsey warehouse. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, articulate, physically fit, and capable of working independently after completing full training.

A solid understanding of computing is essential, as this role involves working with our back-office software.

Strong communication skills are key, as you will interact with clients at all levels, ensuring their needs are met and often exceeded—this is at the heart of our customer service philosophy. The ideal candidate will also have excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities include managing the administration of goods arriving in the warehouse and preparing items for dispatch. This involves inputting data into our in-house system, organising stock into designated locations, accurately picking goods for delivery, performing general warehouse duties, assisting with installations, and delivering goods promptly.

Mandatory Skills:
