January 2024 - Price Increase Announcement for February 2024
We appreciate your continued support and trust in our products/services. Regrettably, we must inform you of a further price increase, prompted by the recent news of significant shipping cost escalations from Condor and their associated logistics partners increasing freight charges into the islands by an additional 19%.
The unprecedented rise in shipping expenses directly impacts our operational costs, including transportation and distribution. In order to maintain the high standards of service and quality you expect from us, we find it necessary to further adjust our prices accordingly.
Effective February 2024, we regret to inform our customers of a further 5.5% increase in our Meter Charges to allow for this additional increase in charges associated with stocking the necessary parts & toners in the islands.

This decision, which we have not taken lightly, is a direct result of the challenges we are facing in absorbing this extraordinary above-inflation price increase. Despite our efforts to absorb as much of these increased costs ourselves as possible, maintaining the high level of service you expect from us necessitates this further adjustment.
We want to assure our customers that we continue to actively work with Condor and its logistics partners, the business community, and the Government to seek a reduction in freight charges. If positive developments transpire, we are committed to promptly revisiting our rates and making appropriate downward adjustments.
