December 2024 – uniFLOW Online Price Increase Announcement for January 2025
Dear Valued Customer,
We would like to inform you of an upcoming adjustment to the uniFLOW Online subscription price, effective from 1st January 2025.
Since its launch in 2016, uniFLOW Online has maintained very stable pricing to remain highly competitive, even as industry peers have implemented increases.
However, rising costs, including higher Microsoft Azure hosting fees, now necessitate an adjustment. This update ensures that PBS and NT-ware can continue delivering the premium security, innovation, and performance our customers rely on.
All new prices will apply to both existing and new business uFO subscriptions.

January 2025 - Support Price Increase Announcement for February 2025
Dear Valued Customers,
I am writing to inform you of an upcoming change to our pricing structure. These changes will take effect on all meter billing raised after 1st February 2025, at which point the service meter charge click price will increase by 5.1%.
PBS Group's service team pride themselves on providing an exceptional service and support offering that sits above all others locally. This commitment is reflected in the strength of our loyal customer base.
Adjusting our prices allows us to maintain these high standards and continue focusing on quality. PBS Business Solutions is committed to keeping our promise - not only to our customers but also through our partnerships with leading manufacturers by ensuring the use of original parts and consumables throughout the expected lifespan of our devices.
This price adjustment also helps us keep up with rising local costs, including recent “above inflation” increases in electricity, water, and other utilities, which have significantly impacted all of our operating costs.
Whilst we understand that an increase like this can be frustrating and difficult to receive, please rest assured that we have not taken this decision lightly. We deem it necessary to ensure the continued high levels of response and support throughout 2025.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me personally.
Thank you for your continued support.
