Due to phenomenal growth we have an opportunity for a Technical Consultant in our team.

Requirements of our Technician Consultant
• Must have a full, clean driving license
• Level 1 to Level 2 Support Experience, ideally within a Managed Print environment
• Strong IT skills
• Keen to learn and develop

Responsibilities of our Technical Consultant
• Work as part of an established and high-performing team
• Days/Hours Mon-Fri 8.30am–5pm
• Responsible for software, solutions and support
• Continuous Development Program to ensure you have the highest level of skills.
• Focused on delivering best practice and excellent customer service.

Operations Administrator

Roles: Operations Administrator

Reporting To: Operations Director

Salary: Competitive, plus benefits

Due to substantial organic growth, PBS are looking to recruit for a new role; an Operations Administrator who will possess the following skills: Computer literacy, data entry, attention to detail, great communication skills and a passion for excellent customer service.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for coordinating customer requirements, organising the Service Teams schedules, processing contracts and liaising with external partners.
