Tony joined PBS in 1988 as a photocopier salesman and because of his hard work and determination over many years, he was offered the opportunity to buy the business from the two founding partners in 2010.

Tony recognised the changing face of business in the digital age and saw the need for change. The copier industry has remained strong, even though the content management software business has developed substantially over the past few years.

Tony has always been at the forefront of delivering business solutions that are dependable and backed with quality service to his customers, which he delivers with his sales teams.

A business should never stand still and that is true of PBS. Tony's portfolio of PBS Group of companies includes PBS Business Solutions, PBS (Guernsey) Ltd, PBS Online Supplies, PBS Workspace, PBS Creative, PBS Broadcast and PBS Lending. Alan is a management professional with over 20 years’ experience in the technology industry.

Alan has held senior positions with both Xerox and Nuance. A specialist with workflow solutions, his role as Managing Director of PBS Buiness Solutions (Guernsey) Ltd requires a solid understanding of customer requirements to deliver true value through each business offering.

Alan began his career in the armed forces, travelling the globe with a Royal Air Force Squadron.  Since then Alan has been involved in the technology industry and was awarded for his success with the ‘Golden Doubloon’ as recognition from Xerox for the highest level of global achievement. 

Alan is a specialist in workflow, capture and print management solutions where Nuance presented him with the ‘Chairman’s Award’ for exceptional performance in this arena.  Alan enjoys most sports and recently completed a stage of the Tour de France whilst successfully finishing a grueling Ultra Marathon to raise funds for a local charity.

Rick been part of the PBS success story for nearly 30 years, having started as a trainee engineer and progressing through the ranks to his current position as PBS Group IT Director and MD of our IT services company 'eDesk Ltd'.

Rick has over 20 years’ experience in delivering a wide range of hardware and software solutions to our customers. Some of those customers Rick still works with today, demonstrating the value he places in building long term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Rick recognises the business requirements of our customers are constantly changing and by adapting and evolving with them, he is able to provide a strong and varied product knowledge. Ultimately, this allows Rick to utilise his experience to benefit new customers, ensuring the PBS Group provides them with the very best solution for their business.

Tim joined the team in 2010 as the Operations Director and sits on the management team for the group's pan-island operations. With a background in office products and technology his experience within the industry has contributed towards PBS’s growth.

His mission has been to deliver an integrated ERP solution that embraces a total cloud based solution, combining CRM, financials, e-commerce, warehousing and logistics. He works closely with all PBS team members, ensuring that every customer is receiving the best possible service.

Tim has a hands on approach, managing an extensive portfolio of clients, this helps to ensure that the systems he has implemented work effectively in order to improve efficiency.

Kath is Company Secretary and has 29 years' experience within the accounts department at the PBS Group.  She is responsible for maintaining the day to day running of the finance departments in both Jersey and Guernsey.  As part of the group management team she is involved in the development and adoption of new systems and processes within the finance departments.

Sylvie has worked within the marketing and communications industry for the past 25 years and joined the PBS Group as Group Marketing Manager in 2013.

She has also worked for print and sign manufacturing companies, giving her a hands-on understanding of the industry. Sylvie is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the PBS Group brand and marketing strategy across all divisions of the business.

Sylvie has developed all the Group websites and has led the expansion of the group offices and showrooms as our presence grows across key locations around the Channel Islands.

Neil has 28 years’ experience in the reprographics industry, working alongside some of the biggest players in the market today.  Neil is responsible for sales specific, business system products. These include mono and colour printers and copiers (MFDs), document management solutions and related software in both Jersey and Guernsey. Neil also manages clients that are based in Europe. His wealth of product knowledge within document management solutions and managed print services has significantly reduced business operational costs, streamlined their processes and reduced the time required to administer and support their print fleet. From sale to implementation Neil will ensure the right resources are in place and he will keep you informed with his regular business reviews. These include information on new products and services available that may provide additional benefits to your organisation.

Mandy has 20 years’ experience in relationship management. Her role at the PBS Business Solutions is to work directly with business clients, understanding and establishing their needs and bringing all of the expertise within the PBS Group together to build the best solutions for their business. 

Mandy began her career in banking, specialising in general insurance and life and pensions. Most of her career has been in the commercial field, initially within publishing and then the technical environment, predominantly within telecommunications industry.

Mandy’s integrity has gained her an excellent reputation in her field, with strong local business knowledge and connections in both Jersey and Guernsey. More recently, Mandy has managed corporate sales teams, motivating individuals to build strong business relationships and deliver service excellence based on strong product knowledge.

Having supported the PBS Group in her previous roles for many years, Mandy has a strong knowledge of where the company originated from, what the company has grown to today and its vision for the future.

Brian Rebindaine

Brian works alongside the PBS Business Solutions Service Delivery Manager with the day to day operations for the PBS Business Solutions Service Team and is the lead point of contact for our Service Team of engineers.  Brian’s role is client-facing and along with his Service Team colleagues, he is responsible for installations as well as fault-finding and troubleshooting.  One of Brian’s responsibilities is to ensure customer needs’ are met within specific and agreed response times.  Brian has vast experience in his field.  He has worked within the photocopy sales and servicing industry since he left school, including spending time at a National Business Supplies and Equipment Organisation.  Outside of work, Brian’s interests include cars and motorsports.

Sam Daniel

Sam has worked for PBS Business Solutions for seven years and has progressed through our Group training scheme to his current role of Customer Services Officer. 

Sam liaises closely with our client base to ensure they are receiving the best possible service across all technical areas of our operation.

Sam joined PBS as a junior member of the team, assisting with light tasks such as the cleaning and maintenance of the smaller range of multifunctional devices the group provides. Sam quickly became comfortable with working with all devices and over the years has expanded his product knowledge to the advanced software and systems used in office environments every day.

Sam’s interests include fishing, hiking and attending music festivals. He’s a lover of the great outdoors and with friends, runs a successful ‘Catch and Release’ fishing league in Jersey.

Nic is one of the PBS Group’s longest serving members of staff, having been with the company for 23 years. As the main point of contact for our customer service centre, Nic deals with all incoming calls related to the range of multifunctional devices the PBS Group supplies. Nic has an exceptional knowledge of our devices, having been responsible for the fix, build, repair and refurbishment of them, throughout his career. Nic is a member of the Jersey Fortification Study Group and his interests include the Occupation of the Channel Islands and the Second World War.

Steven is our longest serving member of staff, having worked for the PBS Group for 38 years. Educated locally, he joined the company in the early 1980s as a trainee engineer. Now a senior engineer working on Canon copiers and wide format machinery, Steven has built up a multitude of troubleshooting knowledge and knowhow and stays abreast of all technology changes and upgrades. In his down time he likes taking time out with his wife and two children at their holiday home on Madeira.

Alan Collin

Alan has responsibility for Group IT support for the install, configuration and troubleshooting of MFDs and printers on to client networks. Alan regularly visits clients prior to installations and also services small MFDs and printers. Alan started his career in the electronics industry working on medical equipment. He then moved to the computer industry and was certified on what was then Compaq Servers, desktops and laptops. Alan then trained on the Prime Computers mini systems used in the travel industry. He also worked on communications equipment for multi-site networks such as Condor Ferries. Away from the office, Alan played football for local clubs St Clement, St Brelade and First Tower for 30 years and represented the Island for his chosen sport, on several occasions.

Dave Burridge

Dave is our most experienced Service Technician with over 30 years’ of industry knowledge with Canon, Konica Minolta, Sharp and Panasonic.  Dave recently passed the Canon Fast Track Technical Course with flying colours at the HQ in Reigate.  Dave has had a number of customer recommendations for his professional and calm approach and always ensures that every devices is performing at the highest level.

Dave was a keen football player, renowned for his speed on the right wing, however he now prefers to watch his beloved Leeds United from the stands (an unusual club for a local born in St Peter Port).

Nick is a Technical Consultant who is approaching a silver anniversary in both the IT and Print industries. Nick is fully accredited across the entire HP, Dell and Brother portfolio from Laptops to Printers and recently passed the Canon Fast-track Technical Course at the HQ in Reigate with flying colours. 

Nick’s technical aptitude doesn’t end during the working day as he builds his own 3D Printers as a hobby, he also enjoys gaming across the globe.  To keep fit Nick recently had an exhausting trip over to Herm… on a kayak!

Dan Ogier

Dan is a technical consultant who is now well into his second decade within our print industry. He has the unique capability to offer second level support for major manufactures such as Canon, HP and Rioch. Dan is fully Microsoft and CompTia certified and has recently passed the external Light Production Print course with flying colours at the Canon HQ in Reigate.  As a workflow specialist, he has also passed all the qualifications for Copitrak print management, this was externally hosted by Nuance. Dan is a keen film buff, citing Shawshank Redemption as his favourite all-time movie and as a local he’s been enjoying Italian at DeNello’s restaurant since it opened in 1978 and should have his own table. To keep active Dan enjoys mountain biking at weekends.

Lauren joined the company in 2001. She is an experienced member of the team and is a key member of the PBS Group Pan-Island Customer Care Team. Lauren has an in depth and varied knowledge of all Group products with a specific focus on Office Supplies and Interiors.

Lauren liaises directly with customers on the phone, via email and face to face to process orders on behalf of customers and works with them to source the very best products to suit their requirements.

Understanding customers’ needs is a crucial aspect to Lauren’s job role and she prides herself on her commitment to offering the highest standards of customer service. Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, catching up with friends and walking the family dog.

Steven Le Tiec

Steve has been with PBS Group since 2012 and manages the day to day operations at our Rue des Pres distribution centre in Jersey.

Steve’s primary responsibility is to ensure our customers receive the most efficient service from our delivery team. This involves processing orders, monitoring stock levels and ensuring our drivers are prepared for their deliveries each morning. Steve liaises with our UK and international suppliers and also has responsibility for the receiving of shipments from overseas.

Steve is a keen football supporter and enjoys motorsports. He started his career as a vehicle technician in the UK before moving to the Island in 2001.

Michael Brockbank

Purchasing Manager

Michael has been with the PBS Group since 2015 and has responsibility for developing, leading and executing purchasing strategies in both our Jersey and Guernsey offices.

Michael liaises with UK and international wholesalers and tracks the quantity and timing of deliveries as well as monitoring and forecasting upcoming levels of demand for our stock.

Prior to joining the PBS Group, Michael worked as a Contract Manager for UK dealership Danwood. Michael has enjoyed a varied career including roles in caring, finance and interestingly as a senior embalmer.

During his spare time he enjoys coaching a local football team and works tirelessly for Jersey Hospice Care.

Campbell Davidson

Hygiene Sales

Originally from south west Scotland, Campbell has been in Jersey since 1991.

Campbell worked in the hotel and hospitality industry as a manager for 17 years and has been in sales with various companies for more than 20 years, expanding his  product knowledge and management skills.

Campbell worked for Complete Facilities Limited for just over 14 years as sales manager. He joined PBS Online Supplies in May 2017 as sales manager with responsibility for janitorial and catering equipment.

James Littlemore

Sales development

James has been with the PBS Group for 20 years. He joined as an engineer dealing with our small machines range of products and progressed to sales of ‘Pitney Bowes’ e-commerce solutions. James later joined the PBS service team.

James’ experience has led him to the group’s client-facing hygiene sales team within PBS Online Supplies. Whilst James’ role is hygiene specific, he also works alongside janitorial sales.

From sale to implementation, it’s James’ responsibility to ensure each client has the correct product for their requirements with training and guidance throughout, delivering the highest service standards.

James has been part of the PBS story all his life, as it was his father John Littlemore, that co-founded the business.

Patrick Coney

Patrick has responsibility for customer deliveries and collections in St Helier and the west of Jersey. Pat has worked in the copier industry since he left school and has been part of the PBS success story for 12 years. Away from work, Pat enjoys walking holidays in the UK and is proud to have completed the Three Peaks Challenge four years ago.

Kevin Lennard

Kevin has responsibility for customer deliveries and collections in St Helier and the east of the Island. He has held the position of delivery driver for the group for 17 years. Kevin enjoys health, fitness and travel and India has been one of his favourite places to visit.

Andy Sarre

Andy is our Service Manager with over a decade of experience within the industry. Along with the traditional technical experience, Andy has also recently passed a number of external courses for Workflow Solutions with Nuance (eCopy scan and capture) and Uniflow (print management). 

Being a local, Andy has cycled most of the island, so for a new challenge, he trained tirelessly for the swim to Herm but after three attempts, all stopped by bad weather, it is still an unfinished challenge that Andy intends to complete one day soon.

Mark Holley

Creative Manager

Mark has worked in graphics in Jersey for almost 30 years. Jerseyborn, he was educated at Les Quennevais and Hautlieu and started work at a local advertising agency in 1987. An opportunity to join the Jersey Evening Post was taken in 1989 with the onset of desktop publishing. Mark worked his way up to studio manager and held the position for 14 years until he decided he needed a change of scenery. In 2008 he was part of a group of artists who set up a partnership called Fusion Creatives. This has now become PBS Creative and Mark and his team specialise in illustration, graphic design and advertising.

Rachel Bowker

Graphic artist

Rachel has worked within the design and print industry for more than 12 years. As a designer Rachel develops innovative graphics and visual images for corporate branding, logos and websites. She also manages the day to day operations of the PBS Creative bureau service. Rachel has a keen eye for detail, loves a challenge and revels in the opportunity to learn and add to her skill set.

Rachel enjoys most sports and is a keen footballer and movie buff.

Kasia Kopacz

Workspace - Head of Operations

Kasia manages all day to day operations at PBS Workspace’s locations across the Channel Islands.

With more than ten years’ experience in property management including five years in a senior position in a serviced office environment, Kasia’s focus is to consistently deliver the very highest standard of service and set the benchmark across the Islands.

Kasia is also responsible for staff training and development and her professionalism in all areas has been recognised by the National Business Centre Association. She led her team to success at the 2016 Business Centre Association awards against strong competition from leading business centres across the UK including central London.

She also works closely with the IT team, as we continually strive to stay at the forefront of technology. Kasia speaks fluent English and Polish and enjoys a healthy lifestyle, sports and fitness.

Sarah Moorhouse

Sarah has a strong background in customer care and building client relationships, having worked in client facing roles for the past eight years.

Sarah has direct contact with PBS Workspace clients and customers and her priority is to ensure she provides each person that comes in to contact with PBS Workspace, with the highest standards of service. Her responsibilities include greeting new clients and assisting with the set up of their offices, as well as taking and transferring calls on our central phone system.

Sarah has been part of the PBS Group team for two years and having trained in media production, also regularly supports our Broadcast team with presenting and production. Sarah enjoys playing netball and her proudest moment is completing the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.

Marta works on the front desk and is in regular contact with all of our clients ensuring they are provided with a professional, efficient and friendly service, at all times. Organised and pro-active, she thrives in a busy working environment.

Marta is passionate about doing all she can to meet the needs of our clients and continues to develop strong and lasting customer relationships. Marta speaks both English and Portuguese and enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Originally worked for TSB Trust Company followed by Equipment Rental Company. Then spent 23 years at Falstaff Securities Limited joining originally to sort out the arrears then took on all aspects of running a consumer Finance Company, the last 18 years as a Director /Shareholder. Falstaff Securities acted as an Agency for Brown Shipley Finance that evolved into Medens Finance and then finally was rebranded Colomberie Finance.

Following that then spent 6 months with Close Finance and Future Finance before setting up PBS Lending Limited.

Marco first moved to Jersey in 1995 before travelling to the United States for two years. His love for the Island saw him return in 2000 and for the next nine years he worked for Rossborough Insurance. Within that time he gained his Business Finance certificate. In 2013 Marco moved to HBFS Financial Services as finance manager and then joined the PBS Lending team in June 2014. Marco is currently studying for the Financial Strategy Diploma.
