Children in Need prize

The Social Club here at Ashburton would like to send a heartfelt thanks to you and PBS for the raffle prize you sent to us recently.

In total we raised over £650 for Children in Need and over half of those funds was attributed to the raffle!

I think having the canon printer as a prize really helped to boost the raffle up to that impressive amount.

So, again, please pass on our thanks to the company for gifting us such an impressive prize.

Once again PBS has excelled in good customer service – TWO GOLD STARS awarded.

It is quite common for people to say they will do something and it gets pushed aside or that they will turn up and you don’t see them – NEVER WITH PBS. 

I cannot believe within 3 hours from initial request for information we now have our inner finishing unit up and running.

Service call out - September 2015

I have just tried to give you a quick ring about the your service engineer that called this morning. I wanted to let him know that I was very impressed with the service that we received. He called me to confirm that he was on his way and was very pleasant to deal with when he arrived two minutes before he was due to. We could not have had a better customer experience.

The new kit seems to be working well.
